Mid week class: sure to pick up your spirits. All levels welcome.
Wednesdays 10:00am – 10:45pm – All Level Welcome

Kick Off Your Weekend

This energizing class is for you!  Be prepared to feel great afterwards.

The following conditions apply to all programs:

  • 5 Class card $90 Use within 6 months from purchase.
  • Introductory trial class $20
  • Drop-in fee is $20.00 per class
  • No refunds or makeups
  • We require 24 hours notice if cancelling a class, otherwise it will be considered a missed class.
