Pilates4U provides a safe, comfortable, and caring environment in which to learn about one’s body. Each participant will learn about, and benefit from, controlled therapeutic movements. These movements will contribute to overall fitness, as well as leading to a reduction in stress and pain.
Both mind and body will be engaged for physical and emotional development.
Pilates4U offers people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to engage their body and mind to feel better both physically and emotionally.
Strength, energy, and confidence will develop with every visit to Pilates4U.

This is the first time I try Pilates - The Instructor Janey is wonderful. She was very patient with me and created a very easy, and relaxed environment for first timers. Pilates if done incorrectly has no effect, but Janey gave you one-on-one attention to ensure you are doing it right. For that reason, I feel a difference only after a single class. Thank you!

Begin your week with an invigorating, full body workout which engages all your muscles. All levels welcome.
Choose from either the early or late class.
Mid week class, sure to pick up your spirits . All levels welcome.
Take a challenging 45 minute class using small equipment and resistance work. Be prepared to feel great afterwards.
