Richmond Hill Pilates

Pilates4U provides a safe, comfortable, and caring environment in which to learn about one’s body. Each participant will learn about, and benefit from, controlled therapeutic movements. These movements will contribute to overall fitness, as well as leading to a reduction in stress and pain.

Both mind and body will be engaged for physical and emotional development.

Pilates4U offers people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to engage their body and mind to feel better both physically and emotionally.

Specifically, I think it is exciting that Pilates was shown to be beneficial in individuals who had a range of ability levels. We had participants with no mobility issues to those who used a walker or scooter for extended outings who all showed improvements.
